Ahmed Abdelmoghny
Founder & Chairman
Mr. Ahmed is an M&A Expert with investment banking and corporate finance proven track record for 20+ years.
Experience
Ahmed joined Ernst & Young in Egypt in 2004 from his own consulting practice as well as lecturing at universities 1998 till 2003 (MSA, CIC and BUE).
He managed several assignments including Valuations & Business Plans, Information and Credit Memoranda and was the quality assurance and independence coordinator for EY’s BAS in Egypt.
At the end of 2007, Ahmed joined Makaseb Islamic Capital in Abu dhabi as Senior Associate Investment Banker managing a wide range of transactions in the UAE and the GCC.
Mid 2009, joined Mars in Egypt as a Regional Finance Manager for Levant and Maghreb countries over seeing financial operations in 9 countries.
In 2012 Ahmed was appointed Associate Director at Enmaa the agriculture arm of Juhayna Group and after this held a Senior Consultant position leading the Investment Banking activities at Fincorp Investment Holding mid 2014 for 1 year.
Ahmed joined Premiere Holding in June 2015 as Managing Director of the Investment Banking Division. In March 2018 Ahmed joined Anderson as an M&A Partner. Currently Ahmed is a partner at Data insight a member of Berkley Research Group in Riyadh KSA from August 2019 till June2022.
Ahmed is now leading the investment banking operations at TransCap.

Education
Ahmed hold BSc of Actuarial Sciences with with honors from Cairo University, Faculty of Commerce – English Section in cooperation with City University (UK) in 1998.
He holds an MBA (with honors) in international business from ESLSCA in 2001.
He is a Certified Management Accountant (USA), Certified in Financial Management (USA).
Ahmed also passed with distinction five exams of the fellowship of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK.
Ahmed is a Certified Private Equity Specialist (CPES) from the institute of Banking and Finance.
Hani Kamel
Managing Director/CEO
Hani is a seasoned Investment Banker with over 40 years of experience. He started his career with Primeway S.A, a fully owned subsidiary of Lloyds Bank International, Geneva, Switzerland. He spent 12 years there where he managed assets exceeding us$ 150 Million. He then moved to Egypt to join the Egyptian American Bank ( Now Credit Agricole ) where he headed the privatization desk. He participated in the launch of the bank’s first LE200 Million mutual fund. He also headed the team that launched the Bank’s LE300 Million capital increase. In 1996 he joined Arthur Andersen, first in the USAID privatization project, then at Andersen’s Cairo branch as Head of the Corporate Finance Desk. In 2002, when Andersen and Ernst & Young joined flags, he was chosen to head the newly established joint Transaction Advisory Services Division. Together with his team he closed transactions, on both buy and sell side, totaling us$ 500 Million. In 2008, Hani joined Makasseb Islamic Capital, a LIAE based Company, as Cairo Branch’s Head. Transactions in the fields of Private Jets, Agriculture, and Real Estate were closed to the extent of us$100 Million. In 2011, Hani left Makasseb to become a free-lance Consultant.Although the country was still in deep recession, he completed various feasibility studies, company restructuring and valuation assignments. In December 2015, Hani joined Feather Invest as Director Business Development. Feather Invest is a Private Equity company specializing in restructuring. In January 2023, Hani became the CEO of Transcap.

Taha

Dr. Hisham Taha is an investment and business transformation expert.
He is the Chairman of Mwasalat Misr Group and since 2014 has lead its expansion in to 7 Group companies and transformed the Group from a public transport operator to a fully integrated platform with comlementary businesses and power house to drive the sector in Egypt and is considering expansion into other market.
As ain investor Hisham created several startups and made successful exits in the fields of IT, Training and other sectors.
He is an expert in investment management and a has a vision that drives any business to achieve excellence and integration.

Mr. Amr was The Markets & Business Development Partner
in Ernst & Young, and was the Assurance Service Line
Leader in EY Egypt.

Mosen Abdelsalam

Mr. Mohsen was General Manager of QNBAA Factoring, established in 2011 to successfully occupy the 1st ranking in the Egyptian market nowadays. Managing a portfolio of EGP 5 BLN through domestic & international Factoring with recourse /Non-recourse.
Experience
Mohsen enjoys a long & rich banking experience through many position inside & outside Egypt (Societe Generale Network).
– Head of Marketing & commercial Business development in Cross Selling Division at Societe Generale Bank since Jan. 2009.
– Having a reliable background of 10 years in leasing at SOGLEASE EGYPT (joint venture of Societe Generale Paris, NSGB).
NSGB -Leasing belongs to Societe Generale’s international network of leasing companies that operate in 35 countries all over the world.
The company is considered the leader in the leasing market in Egypt. Being the General Manager/Commercial & Marketing Manager/CFO for SOGLEASE EGYPT from 1997-2009 reach a portfolio of EGP 5 BLN in several sectors through 1500 clients.
Before 1997, gaining experience working in Chase National Bank –Bank of Credit & Commerce and over 25 Years’ experience in banking activities.
I hold Pre-Master in Statistics and B.A Accounting from AIN SHAMS University. I attend several courses domestically and abroad in Banking Treatments for the Stuck Up and Doubtful Loans, General & Governmental Accounts, Marketing & Policies, Budgeting & Cost Control in Banks and Financial Institutes & Basel II and Financial Leasing, etc.

Mr. Hazem is Managing Partner of Integrated Accounting Solutions “IAS”.
He was a Tax Partner at “Andersen Tax & Legal” in Egypt for more than 2 years and has over 16 years experience as a Tax consultant with EY and other firms.
Experience
Hazem has more than 29 years of experience in Egyptian Accounting & Tax matters with Integrated Accounting Solutions and other multinational professional firms (such as Arthur Andersen for more than 6 years and Ernst & Young for more than 16 years).
He has provided direct and indirect tax services to the local businesses as well as foreign joint ventures operating in Egypt.
He has assisted a large number of clients with tax compliance issues and in tax administrative proceedings, tax litigation and tax controversy.
He has advised both local and multi-national clients (including trading, manufacturing, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, banking, US AID, hospitality, Service and Utilities Companies) on their statutory obligations, relevant legislation (including the labor, social insurance and customs laws) and currency control.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Cairo University, Egypt.
He is a Chartered Accountant.

Tarek
Farouk
Banking Expert
Mr. Tarek is the Head of Internal Control in National Bank of Egypt.
He is responsible for developing and implementing an effective internal control function that provides independent, objective assurance and also improve controls function applied according to the best practices.
He previously held Internal Audit Head in NBE in which he was managing the Audit teams (Operation, IT, Credit, Inspection and Quality). He was member in the NBE Audit Committee.
Before Joining NBE Tarek managed various roles in Audit and Operation Departments in NSGB and MiBank.
Tarek holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Cairo University and attended various trainings and conferences where he enhanced his experience and developed versatile methodologies to be applied effectively with the changing environment.
